Oh, he does have a face!

Finally, I decided to not be selfish anymore and to get over my fears . . .
Mommy let go of the curls and Dalton proved my assumptions wrong . . . he did great!!!
Dalton sat in Grampaw's lap and watched Thomas while Ms. Christy cut his super long hair.
He did fantastic, which is such an improvement from the last time.
(Embarrassingly enough, that was in March)
And look at him, mommy's sweet boy is growing up so much.

I told him to show me his teeth, and that's exactly what he did. Look at those chompers, the reason for many sleepless nights in the House of Payne!

I miss those sweet curls, but needed a haircut for this hot weather. His head was always sweaty!
As always, Ms. Christy does such a great job!

Growin' up & Cuttin' Hair

It occurred to me this week that my baby is looking more like a little boy! I dressed him for the cooler weather and it was like he transformed before my eyes into a little man!!!
(Also notice that he is not looking at me... this is also typical of a little boy, am I correct??)

Notice the hair over the ears and swoop bangs that most teenage girls and emo boys would die for??? Well, they are no more! I finally caved and let the very trusted and talented, Christy, cut my little boy's locks! :( Sad that he's growing up... but soooo very cute!
